About David Steel

I’m a builder of bridges.

A Partner in Your Growth.

Between people and opportunity. Between technology and humanity. Between success and meaning.
For more than three decades, my work has lived at the intersection of leadership, technology, service, and impact. Whether I’m mentoring founders, speaking on personal branding and hiring, supporting nonprofits, or advancing clean energy, the question guiding me is always the same:
How do we create real value for people and for the future we’re shaping together?

My Work Today

I’m the founder of EveryoneLinked.

I help leaders, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations

Turn credibility into influence that drives real, measurable outcomes. Much of that work centers on LinkedIn, not as a social platform, but as a leadership and relationship platform.

I train and advise executives, founders, veterans, and nonprofit leaders on:

  • Building personal and company brands rooted in clarity and integrity
  • Using LinkedIn to create trust that leads to hiring, partnerships, donations, and growth
  • Podcast outreach that positions leaders in the right conversations, with the right audiences
  • Building Skool communities and websites that deepen connection, strengthen culture, and turn audiences into engaged ecosystems
  • Creating systems that generate long-term momentum, not short-term noise
I also speak publicly on personal and corporate branding, LinkedIn for business growth, community building, and hiring the right people, helping organizations attract aligned talent and communicate their mission with confidence.

Alongside my work with EveryoneLinked, I serve as a mentor with Founder Institute and as faculty with The Honor Foundation. In these roles, I support founders and U.S. Special Operations veterans during pivotal career and life transitions, moments where clarity, identity, and direction matter most.

At the center of all of this is a simple truth: when people own their story, they unlock their true potential.

Clean Energy, Systems, and Long-Term Thinking

Long before clean energy became mainstream, I was deeply focused on sustainability, systems, and long-term impact. Earlier in my career, I built and led the modernization of the City of Escondido, California’s entire technology infrastructure, earning national recognition, including a Smithsonian Institution Award for technology innovation.

That experience shaped how I think about scale, resilience, and responsibility.

Today, I remain actively engaged in AI, emerging technologies, and clean energy, supporting the shift toward more sustainable, decentralized energy solutions. I see innovation, economic opportunity, and environmental stewardship as deeply connected. Progress works best when doing well and doing good move together.

Health, Wellness, and Sustainable Performance

I’m also the creator of Core Enzyme, a wellness innovation grounded in a simple belief: sustainable impact starts with strong foundations.

Energy, health, and resilience are the foundation of how we live, lead, and serve. We apply a systems-driven approach to wellness, empowering people to take ownership of their health through science-backed supplements, everyday nutrition, and practical guidance designed for long-term performance, not quick fixes.

Going Deeper Podcast

I host the Going Deeper podcast, where conversations explore environmental stewardship, sustainability, and our shared responsibility to care for the planet. It’s about awareness, action, and long-term thinking in a rapidly changing world.

A Life of Service and Philanthropy

Philanthropy has been a defining thread in my life for over four decades.

My nonprofit work has focused on cancer support, children’s causes, and environmental initiatives, including long-term involvement with organizations such as the American Cancer Society. I’ve served on nonprofit boards, supported countless fundraising efforts, and spent years working hands-on in the field.

Some of the most meaningful work has been deeply practical. Building homes for families in Baja. Supporting orphanages. Launching GoFundMe campaigns that deliver tangible outcomes, including a completed baby nursery at Rancho de los Niños.

In recent years, I’ve increasingly focused on helping nonprofits increase reach, engagement, and donations using LinkedIn and AI, while staying authentic and mission-first. Technology should amplify trust, not replace it.

What I Belive

I believe leadership is not just about growth metrics.
It’s about responsibility. Integrity. And how we show up for one another.

I believe technology should serve humanity, not distract from it.
I believe nonprofits deserve modern tools that respect their mission.
I believe influence is most powerful when it’s grounded in clarity and care.

And I believe the most meaningful work is done when business, service, and values align.

Let’s Talk
